“Who threw that liver?”
I understand making fun of this doddering old man. But the only sympathy I have for him is the result of watching my mother endure a similar decline before she passed away a year ago January. But she wasn't the President of the United States.
Watching the debate last night, all I could think of was Frankenstein. And it reaffirmed my conviction that book should be required reading. Here's why:
We created that monster. We put him where he is. We're responsible for all the damage he's done since we let him out of the lab in 1972.
